Pastors are Supposed to be Shepherds, Not Cowboys

Segment 1 (0:00) – Pastors need to be careful to not take Biblical analogies out of context. Pastors need to lead their flock like a shepherd and lead them rather prod them like a cowboy would do.

Segment 2 (9:37) – Don’t be discouraged if you don’t see a growth or fruit right away in your ministry. As long as you stay a strong Christian leader, there will be fruit. The Christian ministry is not about numbers but rather about faithfulness and doing what you know is right.

Segment 3 (16:17) – A good leader will put pressure on someone and then when they do right, they will rewarded. Much like the leadership at Agape Boarding School. The boys grow and mature when there is pressure on them there.
