Segment 1 (1:30) – Todd tells a story about special needs boy who would move around making noise during sermon. Todd observed others who understood his needs and demonstrated the Gospel in their not letting this bother them. News story about a special needs boy who was kicked out of a church service (Elevation Church) because he made mildly disruptive noises during the service. Todd tells a story of a man who is worrying over how to discipline his special needs son. The boy tells him to “Pray, Daddy”
Segment 2 (11:04) – Chris Rosebrough from Pirate Radio. Evangelicals and Catholics are different. Evangelicals believe faith alone. Catholicism requires works. Chris tells story of meeting the pastor at the “Elevation Church”. He was confronted by bodyguards using foul language when he asked the pastor about why he only preached to the unbelievers and not to the believers in the church. Todd reads viewer letter from someone whose pastor handles special needs children with love and care.
Segment 3 (19:42) – List of things to remember when dealing with people of special needs. Justin Peters went to believers conference where he was told people were going to get healed. Todd showed pictures of people leaving not healed. Healers are false teachers. We should be teaching about the healing that is to come. We must be preaching the Gospel.
